Just a site to collect all the thoughts and feelings that occur on my weight loss journey. If you would like to read my blogs, please head to the blogs page.

I’ve only just started (11th June) so there really isn’t a lot on here at the moment. 

In time I would like to have separate pages showing my weight loss, the menus I've done and even put some recipes on here of things I would like to share (and also so I don't need to go rummaging to find the recipe again!)

All I ask is that you just remember that I am only human and will get things wrong, so just bear with me!
